Our Return & Exchange Policy
At Logen, we stand behind the quality of our gear. If your purchase isn’t quite right for your game, we’re here to help make it right.
1. The 30-Day Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition.
2. How to Start a Return
To start a return, please email us at info@logen.us with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will get back to you within 24–48 hours with instructions on where to send your package.
3. Shipping Costs
Defective or Wrong Items: If we made a mistake or the product arrived damaged, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label and cover all costs to get a replacement to you.
Change of Mind: For standard returns (e.g., you decided you wanted a different color), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
4. Refunds & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you need is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. However, if you'd like a direct exchange, just let us know in your initial email!
6. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
Products that show clear signs of wear or use (e.g., a tennis dampener that has been played with for a week) are not eligible for a refund.
